1. Zero-Tolerance Policy Mingolive maintains a strict, zero-tolerance policy toward any content, behavior, or activity that involves child exploitation, abuse, or endangerment. We are committed to maintaining a safe community and strictly prohibit the creation, storage, or distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

2. Prohibited Conduct Users are strictly forbidden from engaging in grooming, sextortion, soliciting minors, or distributing any explicit visual depictions involving a minor.

3. Detection, Moderation, and Reporting We employ automated filters and manual review teams to monitor and flag violating content. Users can instantly report any suspicious activity using the in-app reporting tools.

4. Enforcement & Legal Cooperation Any account found violating these child safety standards will face permanent termination, an immediate hardware/IP ban, and immediate reporting to law enforcement and global child protection authorities (such as NCMEC or the Internet Watch Foundation).
